Export your song
Render and share your finished music.
What you’ll do
You’ll turn your project into a file you can share—most often a WAV audio file.
Step 1: Decide what to export
For a full-song audio file, build your arrangement on the timeline so the song has a clear start and end. The export dialog lets you choose which bars to render—set the range to cover your entire song.
You can also export MIDI, MML, or XM if you want to move notes into another app. WAV is the usual choice for listening and sharing.
Step 2: Open export
Tap the song avatar in the header to open Settings. On the Project tab, tap Export. An export dialog appears with format and bar-range options.
Playback stops while you configure export—this keeps the render accurate.
Step 3: Render
Choose WAV (or another format), confirm the bar range, and tap export. Pooly asks where to save the file on your device then renders the song offline—no need to sit through real-time playback—and saves the file.
Rendering time depends on song length and how many tracks and effects you used.
Step 4: Share
Open the saved file from your device’s files app or share it directly to messaging, cloud storage, or social apps. Listen on headphones before sending to catch level or clipping issues.
Tips
- Export WAV when quality matters most
- Check the bar range if your file comes out shorter or longer than expected
- Balance levels in the Mixer before exporting
